Need an Official Record?
Direct each Conejos County request to its actual custodian:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal records and rap sheets: contact the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Conejos County sheriff's records unit
- Official background checks: order through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case

Call before traveling because separate records-counter hours and a county fee schedule were not published.
